I am happy to take the time to write this letter of recommendation
on behalf of A Corporate Catalyst, Inc. (ACC). The company has
gone beyond my firms expectations in developing our web site,
www.american-immigration.com, and continues to render an excellent
service, updating adding to our existing site and actively marketing
the site, expanding our user rates every month. This treatment
is given not only to our English site, but to the German and
Spanish sites as well. In that regard, their translation services
are indispensable. Meeting our launch date, completing new projects
on time and meeting all other deadlines, it is clear that one
of ACC's virtues is its timeliness. Whenever I ask to make a
change to the site or add new content, it is done the very same
day.
Effective
marketing, which I consider very important, is understood well
by ACC. Before listing us in search engines world wide, they
structured the site so as to receive top billing. They are always
making useful and creative suggestions about how to better position
the site for maximum exposure and continue to tie us into new
directories and search engines on a regular basis. For example,
they are great at explaining my web site statistics so that
I can better understand how to meet the needs of consumers.
Plus, its a lot of fun to see that persons from far away places
like The Congo, Germany and Korea are logging in to my site
and I receive leads everyday.
Equally appreciated
is ACC's commitment to keeping its work within budget. I have
not spent a dollar more than agreed from the beginning. Moreover,
they have done much more than promised, without an unreasonable
corresponding increase in cost. I truly believe that they care
about my firm and want to see us prosper through the web site
and other marketing initiatives. There is no question that this
is their top priority. The site has earned praise from users
and professionals alike and many other sites have chosen to
list us as a primary resource on their site (www.crimelynx.com).
It is very pleasing to the eyes, and users have often commented
on the sites usability and useful content. I own a law firm
and, although I'm the lawyer, they actually took the initiative
to begin developing content. I'm not sure I would have known
where to begin without their proactive approach. Now, I find
myself using my site as my first point of research resources.
One of the important aspects of my site are inquires and consultation
requests from prospective clients. The site offers plenty of
opportunities for users to submit e-mail's and also contains
a streamlined consultation form, designed by ACC to enable my
firm to obtain all necessary information from clients, all over
the world and maintain it in a database on a secured server
for follow-up. And I am informed of new submissions through
their automatic alert messaging system. In fact, this is how
we were contacted by a large corporate client within the first
two months, which alone will more than cover the cost of building
and maintaining the site! Not being a techie myself, it came
as a great relief that ACC was always there to quickly render
technical assistance and advice about the site and the Internet.
They are readily available at all times of the day (and often
night) and consistently reply, usually within the hour at the
latest, to my e-mail inquiries in a friendly and professional
manner. But, in addition to my appreciation of their quality
service, I have come to feel that the people at A Corporate
Catalyst are my partners and friends. I recommend ACC unreservedly.

Crime Watch website. You helped me gain a clearer understanding
of what was technically feasible given our time and budget constraints.

project. For a project that we were working on over a period
or months, within a matter of days you quietly assessed our
